Please note that we determine the quote on-site during a walk-through session. This session will help provide us with a realistic scope of what we’ll be working with. The estimated hourly rate starts at $45/hr, which may vary depending on the factors at hand.

full area of the space you want us to work with - this can range from a small and narrow room to a large vast commercial kitchen. pricing will vary depending on this!

the level of grime we will tackle - in addition to various furniture surfaces, this will also include the walls and flooring of the space.

reorganization and decluttering services -having worked in the hospitality industry for nearly a decade and having ample managerial experience under our belts, we are experts in decluttering + organizing spaces to boost efficiency and a clear mind, all while maximizing air flow throughout

the amount of time required to complete the project - alongside the expectations at hand, time is of the essence! We want to make sure we have enough time to complete the project and can be flexible with timeframes. However, if we are in a time crunch, it will be considered a rush job, which will be an additional fee.
